Dear ThermoSpas,
Our ThermoSpa has been a part of our family since November of 1994. We first got the hot tub due to my neck injury. The day we purchased the tub I also had three root canals. I needed therapy!! Still do. We ordered toot jets and neck jets that pound and pulsates. It was an expensive adventure but we were able with doctor’s support, to deduct some of the cost that year. It is money we will never regret spending! Our Concorde Deluxe has been the source of many nights of warm water therapy, and the source of great fun for many friends & family.
When my Mom retired and moved in with us she took the opportunity to spend the first day of her new life in the hot tub. My son Evan joined her, and they had tomato juice cocktails to celebrate. My Mom still enjoys the tub and does her aqua exercises year round without having to leave the house. She also still enjoys the time she spends with her grandchildren while enjoying hot water therapy.
My husband and I try to go in the tub every night before bed. We set it on economy mode so that the tub heats up and is ready for us each night. It is very relaxing and lets us melt away the tensions of the day. It is a great opportunity to talk undisturbed. No phone, no computer, no distractions. My husband often has to remind me to just try and enjoy the quiet of the bubbling water. (A scented candle is always a nice touch) in the winter it is especially wonderful to go to bed toasty, clean and warm, and to never have to worry about those cold feet!! This year it was a welcome experience after sledding or shoveling.
What a way to defrost!
The time spent in the tub with our children is always entertaining. We look forward to family tub night! They love to turn on the bubblers and we pretend we are in a pot of soup! They love it when friends or family can join them for a dip in the tub. When their cousins came for a visit they were all very excited to spend time together in the hot tub. It can be great fun just to sit back and watch as they play and enjoy the company of relatives or friends they do not see very often.
The hot tub has never been a disappointment to us over almost seven years of ownership. It has been a great source of pleasure both physically and emotionally. We expect that we will continue to enjoy its many benefits for years to come.
