Dear ThermoSpas friends,
My husband and I call ourselves the "dumb bunny homeowners". It takes forever for us to make repairs around the house, and we’re pretty dumb about basic plumbing and electric stuff. We even (honestly!) have a pet rabbit.
The people at ThermoSpas really contribute to our enjoyment of our Lexington hot tub I can’t tell you how often I’ve spoken to Jaime and Rachel about chemicals and how accommodating they’ve been. They never even laugh at my dumb bunny questions Hard to find people like that these days.
Other ways our hot tub has brightened our quality of life? The enclosed photo reflects one of these ways. This particular picture was taken during our 9-year-old daughter’s sleepover last summer. (She’s the one on the right and her name is Anna Claire). The hot tub frolics were, needless to say, the highlight of the event, and I think the photo reflects the girls’ undiluted joy! The hot tub is tremendous fun for kids. It works as a reward, and a destressor (especially after a grueling baseball game our 12-year-old son Jonathon can attest to that!). The hot tub works as a reward for me, too when I make the time for a work out It’s a motivator if I exercise and shower, I get to have a long soak. Should I use the Honeysuckle or Spring Rain fragrance?
Most striking of all is the sense of luxury and transport we feel in the hot tub on our deck, looking into the windows of our modest living room; the juxtaposition of the ordinary and the sublime. It makes us forget, albeit briefly, the price of gasoline school lunches, and all the unresolved details of our everyday lives.
